I hate this 'fake' environmental concern tied up with business. If your readers want to plant a tree go and collect seed in the autumn and put them in pots of compost and then plant out in Nov to Dec the following year. Or better still get in contact with Trees for Thanet and will find some where to plant them for you.

Admittedly it is a little on the weak side - they get some cheapish advertising but I'd jump through a few hoops to part anyone from their cash to improve the environment.

As for tree's for Thanet all I need is a URL (web link to the rest of us) and I'm good to go (up to and no further than the maximum information to be found on the site).

Sadly Thanet is still badly indexed by the search engines and even with things like thanetfinder.com it's still a mess. My hope is that the blogs here will create a true interlinking and some picture can emerge as to the resources available here.
