Gale's Dinner
Take, for example, Roger Gale's Additional Cost Allowance for 2007 to 2008. In 2007 it looks like Roger's dinner cost £242.75 a month yet come 2008 and suddenly it costs a square £50.
Would I be cynical is thinking someone saw which way things were going and changed his ways?
You too can have a good look at these details. Roger Gale's Expenses are here and Stephen Ladyman's are here. Everyone else is here.
If Gorden Brown has his way we could one day enjoy even better access as he intends to get none other than Sir Tim Berners-Lee the inventor of the World Wide Web to advice government on how to make documents easier to get to by us rotten lot out here in blogging land.
Do let me know if you find anything interesting in the expenses documents - their dry going.
