Clive Hart on the subject of Arlington House
Here is an interesting youtube video which contains audio from what I understand was a BBC radio program transmitted by BC Radio Kent on the seventeenth of last month.

In the Interview Clive talks about the weak hand that Thanet District Council has in dealing with Blue Water. He also mentions that it might be possible to help residents buy out blue water or to form their own maintenance company. Are these viable options and can you see them working?
Clive claims there is nothing else the council could do. How would you advise him regarding Arlington House?
Clive talks about being against there being a Tesco built there on the grounds that the roads would become gridlocked with traffic. Are his concerns valid (I think they might be) and were they enough to vote against a Tesco? How would you deal with the traffic problem?
