Beware of the Bailiffs

With the current financial climate and the coucnil doing it's best to cut benefit's claims here is something to be wary of:
"Bailiffs are illegally entering homes to confiscate people's possessions... many bailiffs are guilty of harassment and intimidation, with 40% misrepresenting their powers of entry... "
